In memory of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, 1926-2022
Dear Parents/Carers and Students
We are all saddened and shocked by the sudden passing of our longest reigning Monarch. During this period of National Mourning and in line with the official guidance, Swish of the Curtain Theatre School can confirm:
  • All classes will proceed as normal and where the age of the children permits, a minute’s silence will be held prior to the commencement of each session.
  • The state funeral is believed to be scheduled for Monday 19th September when a nationwide bank holiday will also take place.
  • Any classes postponed on the bank holiday will be made up subsequently.
Our thoughts are with the Queen’s family and indeed the whole nation at this sad time.
